Dalby Racing also known as Dalby & Northern Downs Jockey Club is located in the heart of Queensland's Western Downs region. The original Dalby racecourse dates from 1859 and featured a black soil surface. Now known as Bunya Park racecourse and located close to the town centre, the track was converted to turf In the early 1900s.

Our races are conducted over distances from 800m to 2000m. We conduct regular TAB and non-TAB race meetings each month with our highlight days being the Diehards Race Day in February, Newmarket Race Day in March, Saints Race Day in September and Rugby Race Day in November.

Our venue consists of a permanent artificially turfed Marquee with space for 200+ guests, the Henry/Kelly Lookout - our large Viewing Deck with unbparralelled views, lift access and bar suits approximately 100 people, and air-conditioned Members Room all available for hire to the public. We can also hire out or tables, chairs, dry bars, stools, make-shift bars and stages. See the link below and contact us for a quote for your next event.
